450gr farina 00

70 gr zucchero

2 uova

3 gr lievito di birra

60 gr di burro

scorza di limone 🍋

170 gr latte

Una cosa che proprio mi rende felice ... è fare dolci lievitati.

Adoro fare l'impasto, vederlo lievitare .. e sentire il sapore che viene dal forno quando è pronto ..
