A garden entrance leads into a small apartment with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, two single beds on the mezzanine and a private bathroom. A place for a couple or a family wanting their own independence.
The kitchenette suits simple meals. We can discuss the mezzanine layout with you in relation to children’s ages and your family’s needs.
When individual units are rented, communal spaces are shared with other staying guests. The cooking class area and owners’ home are separate.

Minimum 4 nights from 15 May to 3 July; 7 nights from 4 July to 4 September. Additional adult supplement: Romantica €20, Rondini €30. Your quotation confirms applicable supplements based on guests’ ages and group composition.
Volto, Nocciolo, Romantica and Rondini are available individually. Sambuco and Relax are only available as part of an exclusive stay.

We check availability personally. An enquiry does not hold dates or require payment; your booking is confirmed separately.
Payments and cancellation
For stays of fewer than 28 nights. These terms apply to a confirmed booking, not to an availability enquiry.
- 30% advance payment on confirmation; balance due 30 days before check-in. Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival are payable in full on confirmation.
- Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in: full refund, with no cancellation charge.
- Cancellation less than 30 days but at least 7 days before check-in: a charge of 50% of the accommodation amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: a charge of 100% of the accommodation amount.
- Full refund within 24 hours of confirmation, provided the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before check-in.
Any advance payment is credited towards the cancellation charge, not added to it.
Deadlines refer to the agreed check-in time in the Europe/Rome time zone. Any additional charges, taxes, refund timing and terms for stays of 28 nights or more are specified in the quotation before confirmation. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
