Your home
in Quarazzana.
An independent apartment with a double bedroom and its own kitchen. A place to choose your own rhythm, from an unhurried breakfast to dinner after a day out.
The private kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. The garden and pool are shared with other staying guests when accommodation is rented individually.
When individual units are rented, communal spaces are shared with other staying guests. The cooking class area and owners’ home are separate.
If you feel like it
A morning
cooking together.
Your stay is independent. If you would like to add a cooking experience with Ilaria, book it separately: a recipe, a story, a meal to share.

First, let’s find your dates.
We check availability personally. An enquiry does not hold dates or require payment; your booking is confirmed separately.
Payments and cancellation

- Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in: full refund, with no cancellation charge.
- Cancellation less than 30 days but at least 7 days before check-in: a charge of 50% of the accommodation amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: a charge of 100% of the accommodation amount.
- Full refund within 24 hours of confirmation, provided the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before check-in.
Any advance payment is credited towards the cancellation charge, not added to it.
Deadlines refer to the agreed check-in time in the Europe/Rome time zone. Any additional charges, taxes, refund timing and terms for stays of 28 nights or more are specified in the quotation before confirmation. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
