Very apple cake ! For apple lovers.. there is nothing best then apple cinnamon and cream !

I made this cake in 2 versions ,changing the base

4 Apples .(cat the apples put it in bowl with some black sugar , clementine juice and a bit of cinnamon for few hours)


BASE 1

350 g. 00 flour 180 g. of sugar 180 g. of butter 1/2 glass of milk the rind and the juice of an untreated lemon 7g of baking powder 1 free

range egg.

BASE 2 :

prepare a Frolla Pastry and Crema Pasticcera



METHOD

BASE 1

.Wisk Into the mug sugar with egg add butter then the flour, lemon zest not treated, Add milk and baking powder . Add 4 apple s on top .Bake for about 40 minutes,180 °. Remove from oven then - when is cold- sprinkle with icing sugar.

BASE 2

Roll the dough Frolla and put the Crema Pasticcera add the apples on top. Bake for about 40 minutes,180 °. Remove from oven then - when is cold- sprinkle with icing sugar.
