STEEPED IN HISTORY
Borgo di Quarazzana is an exlusive holiday house in Tuscany to rent for groups .
The building offers 6 rooms with private bathroom and entrance.
The all Borgo can host 6 up to 16 people.
The room Romantic, Relax , Nocciolo and Volto are in the building facing the courtyard and near the garden and pool area.
The room Belle View and Sambuco are in the main building and has the exit in the courtyard.
All the rooms are hand painted and restored in a conservative way, leaving the old walls to keep the charme of the past building.
Please notice that if you are a group from 6 to 8 we will assign you the rooms in the building nearest to the garden VOLTO,RELAX,NOCCIOLO,ROMANTIC .
Independently from the number of people you will have all the property in exclusive .
VOLTO
Volto room consists in 1 room with double bed on the ground floor area with bathroom ensuite.
The room is our more elegant room with a fantastic window with view on mountain Apuan Alps.
The room face the courtyard where relax ,nocciolo rooms , and piano area face.
The room has a sofa and is bright and big.
The bathroom has wc, sink , bidet and shower.
The VOLTO has still some original walls in stone.
ROMANTIC
Romantic room has the entrance facing the garden and consist in one room with double and one room with 2 single beds on the loft , one bathroom with shower , sink, bidet , wc and one kitchenette. The room Romantic has original walls for an authentic experience , painted by hand with pink light color and has an entrance with kitchenette and the double room and the bathroom to the main floor and the single beds on the loft. The apartment is reached by 4 steps and to reach the loft there is a steep stair .
The room view is on the beauty of the mountain Alpi Apuane.
RELAX
Relax room has the entrance facing the courtyard and consist in one room with double and 1 single beds on the corridor , one bathroom with shower , sink, bidet , wc . The room has original walls for an authentic experience , painted by hand with relaxing green color and . The room t has a door frames in "pietra serena" a typical old stone of Tuscan families, that shows the charme of the past. The apartment is reached by the courtyard without steps.
The room has a cozy window original facing the courtyard and a window from the room looking the old path of the village.
When pass wild horses is lovely to hear the sound of hooves hitting the pavement of the main street of the village.
NOCCIOLO
Nocciolo apartment has the entrance facing the courtyard and consist in one room with double bed on the loft , one bathroom on the main floor with shower , sink, bidet , wc and one kitchen. The apartment has original walls for an authentic experience. The apartment has the room to reach the loft that has is a steep stair .
Apartment Nocciolo has a kitchen .
BELLE VIEW
Belle view room has a fantastic view on Apuan Alps , the entrance is facing the courtyard and consist in one room with double and one room with two single beds , one bathroom with shower , sink, bidet , wc . The apartment has original roof for an authentic experience and is perfect for a family of 4 people. The apartment is located in the ancient building of XV facing the courtyard onto which all the other apartments face. The apartment has a living room in front of the entrance and kitchen downstair. Belle view is reached by steep stairs.
