Borgo di Quarazzana offers a private holiday house in Tuscany unique, nestled in the verdant hills of Lunigiana, with breathaking Apuan Alps view.
The building is original of XV cent with unique atmospere.
The Villa is in Tuscany Lunigiana 8 km from Fivizzano. Due to the position offers the most relaxing vacation, in a village immersed in the nature surrounded by chestnuts trees and outstanding view of Alpi Apuane.
The house consist in 6 bedrooms , each with private bathroom and entrance , one kitchen , two living room , two big dining room, one cozy courtyard and one yoga room , big garden with pool with outstanding view of Alpi Apuane.
A total of 600 m2 of living space and 2000 m2 of garden.
POOL
Borgo di Quarazzana offers a garden with 20mq private swimming pool surrounded by the green garden , lavander, roses with a fantastic view on Alpi Apuane mountains. A perfect space to relax with 4 deckchair, 6 chaise longue, 2 puffs .
The space has also a pergola for the shade and amaca. Relax with a glass of wine listening the sound of Nature ! Singing birds, bells of cows..unwind!

We are delighted to present our 6 rooms, all of them are unique, hand made painted and in most of them we left the original walls, antique little and cozy windows and pietra serena stones to the entrance. Each with private bathroom.
This conservative restoration helps to create a truly unobtainable charming experience.
Once you are here is like to be in a fairytale..just magical !
Most of our rooms has a fantastic view of Alpi Apuane or courtyard or garden view.
Every rooms has private entrance and bathroom to guarantee the privacy for the all group.
We offer a free wi-fi in the borgo that has a good line in courtyard, yoga room, living room lounge piano area and in most of the rooms.

Borgo di Quarazzana is the "essence of special" like many people describe the Villa. We offer a garden with many little corners where to talk with your friends or read a book, or have a glass of wine with the view of the magnificent mountains Alpi Apuane. You can relax under the prunus tree, or have a glass of wine close to the yoga room or in the courtyard, or an aperitif under the pergola. Choose the space you prefer and enjoy the moment with your friends or guests.

Borgo di Quarazzana holiday house in Tuscany is the "essence of special" like many people describe the Villa. We offer a garden with many little corners where to enjoy the dinners with your group.
The PERGOLA is one of our guests favourite, shade and wind often , offers lovely moments to enjoy an aperitif or a meal. This area is in the garden near the BBQ. (now in restauration)

Borgo di Quarazzana holiday house in Tuscany offers another cozy area where to have meals with your group, the XV cent courtyard. This area is near the rooms and is a lovely square surrounded by the building , perfect for having a party. The court has Shade cloths and Fellini's style lights.

that holds the flavour of the past, with walls that whisper stories of grandmothers kneading bread and stirring sauces for hours.
It offers large fridge, freezer, stove, and all the essentials to cook together – just like in the old days.
We also offer CHEF AT HOME for dinners made with authentic recipes, local products from the garden to table for a vacation of complete relax.​
